My husband and I love the smell of this coffee as it's brewing. The hint of coconut and chocolate is just right. There is no strange after taste that some flavored coffees have. I make this coffee stronger than other coffees I make because I like to add cream and don't want the flavor diluted.

This is the best coffee. I love its flavor and aroma. I like to make my coffee weak and that usually diminishes the flavor of many coffees. Not so with this coffee. It's still yummy. Thanks, Gevalia!

I received this coffee by mistake after having ordered something else. Gevalia's excellent customer service took care of me and told me to keep the German Choc Cake. I decided to try it out since they were so generous to allow me to keep it. And now I love it. The blend of chocolate and coconut make for a perfect soothing cup of joe. Maybe it was fate that I was sent this coffee, but I can tell you this next time I get a box of it I will be definitely paying for it and it will be money well spent!! Sometimes good things do come from the unexpected. Enjoy this smooth delicious cup of coffee!!

I thought I would try this new coffee when it first came out and I was not disappointed! The coffee tastes and smells just like German Chocolate Cake!! I have introduced it to all my family and friends who drink coffee and it has become their favorite as well. I now drink it at work too.

I usually prefer my chocolate WITH my coffee: a brownie, slice of cake or my daily morning treat of a small piece of good dark chocolate. This coffee, however, satisfies both cravings in a perfect balance. The addition of the coconut is what makes this so good and sets it apart from other chocolate-flavored blends. Think of the calories I can save with this!!!

This is a very good flavored coffee, although perhaps slightly disappointing. Chocolate flavor is a natural complement to coffee, but the chocolate in this coffee is very subtle. The coconut stands out more, and it would be better if it were the other way around. Still, with cream and sugar, it's very good for a flavored coffee. (For what it's worth, all of the flavored coffees require cream and sugar to bring out the flavors.)

Hands down my favorite coffee. I have shared it with family and they love it just the same. I now will be gifting this flavor to my mother and grandparents for the holidays because they love it so much. Great coffee to awake too, and relax with. I love my Mocha flavor coffees, but nothing beats the German Chocolate flavored one!

This is hands-down my very favorite Gevalia Coffee, followed by Dark Chocolate Truffle and Raspberry Chocolate (the Raspberry Danish is surprisingly good, too). When I first brewed a cup, my husband asked what it was. He said it smelled just like German Chocolate Cake baking! He doesn't like flavored coffees, but took a sip ... and loved it! Just like German Chocolate Cake, he said. I agree! I add stevia, and the flavor totally satisfies my sweet tooth when I crave dessert--with zero calories! It also makes a wonderful night cap. Enjoy!

I bought this coffee because I love mocha coffee. What I got with this coffee was coconut coffee. At first I was very disappointed. I never liked the first couple of sips because of the strong coconut taste, but after that this was a good cup of coffee. I won't buy it again, but if you love coconut, this might be your coffee!

I'm a black coffee drinker. I bought this coffee years ago, then got away from it for awhile; I think that is just human nature. The flavor is not over bearing, yet very distinct and pleasing to the palate. I admit that I used to scoff at flavored coffee, I wanted pure coffee and the flavored ones was just something that you drank once in awhile. Now however, I have developed a taste for fine flavored coffees and this one is a favorite. Gevalia, please continue to produce this coffee for the ones of us who love it. ;-) The rest of you, when you toss it out, toss it my way please!
